You can manage or cancel your NexPulse Pro subscription at any time through your device's app store settings — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS.

How does AI enrichment work?
NexPulse uses AI to find publicly available professional information about your contacts — including their role, company, LinkedIn profile, skills, and industry — and adds it to their profile automatically.
Is my data safe?
Your contact data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties. Enrichment lookups are performed only when you explicitly request them. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data — contacts, companies, reminders, and enrichment history — from our servers.
I'm not receiving enrichment results.
Make sure you have an active internet connection. If you're on the free tier, you have a limited number of enrichment credits during onboarding. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited enrichments.
