Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NexPulse mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App. NexPulse is operated by Habib Al Lawati ("we", "us", or "our").

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You do not own the App, and no rights are transferred to you other than this limited license.

3. Description of Service

NexPulse is a professional network management tool that allows you to:

• Organise contacts
• Enrich professional profiles using AI and third-party data
• Discover connection paths
• Manage professional relationships

4. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your details up to date
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

We may offer a free trial. If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your account will be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial via your device settings.

7. Contact Data and Enrichment

With your permission, the App may access your device contacts. Contact data may be:

• Transmitted to our servers
• Enriched using third-party providers such as Lusha and Apollo.io
• Processed using AI services

You confirm that you have the right to use and process any contact data you provide.

8. AI Generated Content

The App may generate summaries, groupings, and professional insights. This content is provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. You should verify important information independently.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use personal data without proper consent
• Disrupt or interfere with the App
• Use the App for spam, scraping, or mass outreach
• Share your account credentials

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content and features, is owned by Habib Al Lawati and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of your own data and contacts.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Deletion permanently removes your contacts, enriched data, notes, and records. This action cannot be reversed. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your device settings.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes occur, we will notify you via the App or email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

This agreement is concluded between you and Habib Al Lawati only, and not with Apple Inc. Habib Al Lawati, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
